Solstice sells handmade furniture and its product photography is superb — but the old site took eight seconds to load on mobile and abandoned 70% of carts.
We rebuilt the store on Next.js with server rendering, moved the imagery to AVIF, and cut checkout from five steps to two.
Largest Contentful Paint landed at 0.9s and mobile conversion went up 2.3x.
