Meridian came to us with a familiar problem: plenty of data, not much insight. Professional users spent hours in the product every day, but every decision meant moving between six separate screens.
We started with field research across nineteen users and built a new information architecture that organises everything around the portfolio. We then delivered a complete design system of 64 components and implemented the new interface in Next.js with live WebSocket data.
The result: time-to-decision dropped 42%, and daily active usage went from 31% to 68%.
