Cafe Narenj’s digital ordering system was designed and developed to simplify and accelerate the ordering process. Customers can identify their table, browse the café menu directly from their mobile devices, and place orders without installing an app or creating an account.
Once an order is submitted, it is sent directly to the barista, allowing the café staff to process orders quickly and efficiently without requiring customers to visit the counter.
The project focuses on delivering a fast and intuitive user experience through responsive interface design and by minimizing unnecessary steps and friction throughout the journey, from browsing the menu to completing the order.
